Points Explanation

For every $1 spent, you will earn 5 JEKCA points. 100 JEKCA points is equvalent to $1

After logging in, open the icon located at the bottom left corner.point-icon

Then click on，way to redeem and finally click "Redeem".

 

On the subsequent screen, select the desired points to redeem, then you will receive a discount code corresponding to the redeemed points.

Instructions for using discount codes

Desktop users: After copying the discount code, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in the shipping address. On the right-hand side of the page, enter the discount code and click "Apply".The discounted amount will be displayed instantly.

Mobile device users: After copying the discount code, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in the shipping address. Above the page, open the "Display Order Summary" section, and then enter the discount code. Press the "→" button, and the discounted amount will be displayed instantly.

 

Important Notes

JEKCA points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to offset shipping fees.
  1. Only one discount code can be used per order.
  2. If the order amount is less than 200 HKD after applying the discount code, customers are still required to pay a Low Order Fee.
  3. JEKCA points are not applicable in any retail stores.

  5. If any users are found to be abusing points by exploiting loopholes or engaging in mass registrations, the company reserves the right to cancel their membership.
